Eagles 37, Bills 34 in OT
In a game full of drama and touchdowns, the Buffalo Bills fell to the Philadelphia Eagles 37–34 in overtime at Lincoln Financial Field.
With just over seven minutes left in the game, Josh Allen and the Bills took control after giving away a 10-point lead at the half. In less than two minutes, they successfully reduced the time, and Allen’s short slant to Gabe Davis in the end zone gave them the lead again.
Jake Elliott’s 59-yard field goal to force OT tied the game for the Eagles after they were stopped on third-and-17 from their own 41-yard line.
After winning the toss, the Bills got the ball first in overtime. On third-and-9, Allen connected with Gabe Davis for a first down and a 13-yard gain. Two plays later, with the Bills again facing a third-and-nine, Allen scrambled for a 15-yard gain to preserve their victory.
With a 40-yard field goal from Tyler Bass, the Bills took a 34–30 lead.
Jalen Hurts rushed it in for the game-winning touchdown eight plays later.
